“Speedy despatch but TPD provided the wrong delivery address to the carrier. It took a day of detective work on my part to locate the package.”

“First of all website very easy to navigate - Packaging and free deliver very good - So I really don’t know what star to put - However, the paint is very gloopy and of a texture a bit like honey and can bit - So either Dulux have changed their formulation or the paint has been stored at the wrong temperature - I have experience of using this paint and I had just finished using a 2 1/2 litre tin and needed a little more paint to finish a couple of doors - Hence a 1 litre tin - The paint is different; it is sort of like using gloss (I use the best acrylic brushes) - I have just painted 1 side of a door and I am not looking forward to painting the other side - So now I am aware of this I will be extra careful when applying the paint; it certainly is not what I am used to -”

“The order was processed quickly and the delivery was prompt. The items were as ordered apart from one item. I requested Liberon boiled linseed oil. I received raw linseed oil (different manufacturer) I enquired how to return the unwanted item and was told this was an equivalent replacement. I have copious amounts of raw linseed which takes an age to dry. Boiled linseed is a completely different product. I will be requesting a return.”

“Hello Unfortunately when the paint arrived one tin had leaked inside over all the packaging. So I only have one tin now to use. I have taken relevant photos for evidence. As the Sadolin is expensive, is there any possibility of redelivery or compensation for the loss. Many thanks Frances Rutland”

“You totally put the wrong address on my paint and it was delivered to another street & signed for by someone with a different surname from me!! Caused me a lot of stress and hassle to get it back.”

“The paint arrived within 3 days which is acceptable. Unfortunately there was no delivery date on the invoice so that I could ensure that I was at home to receive the paint. In fact I was not at home and the delivery driver left the boxes in front of my side gate in full view of any people passing my house with the obvious risk of them being taken. Luckily my next door neighbour saw the boxes and took them in. In this day and age it cannot be beyond the wit of a delivery company to forward a delivery date and approx time, and even a tracking system?”
