“Happy with the way minor issue was resolved after I ordered Matt instead of eggshell although it did take 7 working days to arrive which seemed quite long, probably DPD and not Trade Paint Direct”

“I am a big fan, having made multiple orders over the past few years. However, this time there were a couple of niggles... first, the site allowed me to order a 1 litre tin of a product that only came in 2.5 litre size so I had to make a top up payment and will get (see below) more paint than I intended... second, DPD who I have not found reliable in general, yet to deliver the order. They have had it in their Hinkley Hub for four days now...”

“Competitive pricing for the items bought, excellent customer service as they emailed to question if I had forgot to add hardener for the PU paint. Quick delivery but the paint came completely unprotected apart from the cardboard box they were in and as a result they were dented by the time I received them. In contrast, I ordered Matt emulsion paint from a different company and the packaging was night and day difference, would have expected the pu paint to be more protected as it’s not exactly cheap gear.”

“I never received confirmation e mail of the purchase and couldn't remember who I bought from so was a bit worried if the sale had gone through.Luckily the paint arrived in 3 days.I couldn't find delivery times either on your website which is important when you are in a hurry”

“An excellent Price, with free delivery on Owatrol products. I was not in a hurry for the items so cost was my main factor. Dispatching took a little while, but the delivery once dispatched was very quick, so overall happy with my experience .”
