“Hello Unfortunately when the paint arrived one tin had leaked inside over all the packaging. So I only have one tin now to use. I have taken relevant photos for evidence. As the Sadolin is expensive, is there any possibility of redelivery or compensation for the loss. Many thanks Frances Rutland”

“Having repeatedly bought paint from you and not encountered any problems with orders, it was extremely disappointing that I paid you £213.70 on 11th October and that neither I nor the painter, Mr. Worley, heard anything from you until 9th November. With no explanation or apology, just a pro forma ‘shipping update’. Update? And still no date for delivery.”
