“It has been 5 days since I paid £250 for the primer, but I have not received it yet. The delivery was left at my door and has gone missing. The company is not responding to my inquiries, and the delivery company is advising me to contact Trade Paint. However, they haven't even bothered to respond to my email.”

“Slow to ship (3 days) and they use EVRI, our favourite courier! Amazing I received it at all! I will spend more and get my product from another supplier next time. This delivery took far too long.”

“Paid £7 for delivery of 2 boxes of paste 1week ago and still not arrived, for that price I’d expect it next day, I’ve been in industry 35 years and never experienced incompetence like this, I won’t use you again ,”

“The wrong paint was delivered. The delivery note said it was the correct paint. When I contacted Trade Paint Direct, I received an email saying that the paint I ordered was discontinued, and that the paint they had sent was OK. I ordered acrylic primer/undercoat for an exterior door. The stuff that was delivered is not acrylic, takes 16 hours to harden for overpainting, requires some sort of cleaner for brushes (details not given on the tin), and can't be used at under 8 degrees centigrade. No apology, no explanation of why I was able to order paint on their website that is, apparently, not available.”

“Asked to leave a review and my item hasn't arrived yet. It was dispatched on Tuesday. It's now Friday. Evri tracking just says "your parcel has been delayed". No clue as to where it is. Evri are perhaps the worst courier that I know of. This is a common issue with them. If you don't want to pick up flak from them, I suggest that you use someone else.”

“This is the second tub I ordered because trade paint direct were unable to get original order delivered to address on order … item delivered to neighbouring building and owner of neighbouring building simply would not let us take the parcel. We should not have to fight to get our parcel delivered to our address So here we are making the same order again”
