“It has been 5 days since I paid £250 for the primer, but I have not received it yet. The delivery was left at my door and has gone missing. The company is not responding to my inquiries, and the delivery company is advising me to contact Trade Paint. However, they haven't even bothered to respond to my email.”

“This was my second purchase from Trade Paint Direct, however I shall not be ordering from them again. Simplicity of ordering and a speedy delivery time was met with the disappointment of a heavily dented tin, which was damaged in several places to its surround and to one flange, the supply cost of which had been over £30. Looking at feedback left by other customers, it is clear that others have experienced damaged cans being delivered to them. My circumstances meant that the contents, a restorative oil, had to be accessed and partially used to meet the timeframe of a pre booked estate agent's photographer. Returning the can would have been at some postage cost to me, which would have had to be recovered from TPD and in addition caused me an untenable delay. Notwithstanding, I sent photographs of the damaged can and packaging to TPD upon discovery and was only offered 10% off a future order. I proposed a partial refund, which was rejected. As a retired chartered property professional, I find this online business's response somewhat surprising and short-sighted.”
