“5 stars for delivery, 5 stars for the price (about £100 less than our normal supplier), it hasn’t been fitted yet but if there is a problem I will be back to let you know.”

“My order turned up exactly when expected. Our builders did have some questions relating to the wet room tray and trap, it was very unusual in this period of time we’re in to get through to a company on the phone, great service and all questions answered promptly so I commend your company for keeping phone lines open.”

“Nice people to deal with, placed an order, all very easy and efficient and at a good price. Sadly the delivery side has let them down, it appears the product is coming straight from the manufacture, I paid for delivery within two days which hasn’t happened, I have had to call multiple times for shipping updates, I’ve now been told that the courier doesn’t provide tracking and it should be out for delivery today, so any savings I made on the material costs are being eroded as I have to sit around hoping that my goods will turn up today. I appreciate the issue is with the manufacturer but a higher level of customer service and perhaps a warning from trade wet rooms that this could happen would help. Who uses a courier that doesn’t provide tracking information??”
