“Ordered a Wetroom tray instulation kit and received a Wetroom sealing kit so didn’t receive my 5 kg of tray adhesive which should of been In kit that I paid about £55 pound for so not sure I will order again from you my order no was 19258 please look into this for me my total order was £ 498.09 on the 10 feb”

How ever the other carrier delivering the waste fitting has twice cancelled the delivery, so wasted 2 days waiting in .These items still not delivered with a new date of Monday8/2/21. Use another carrier Not DX as letting you down. Otherwise Many thanks.”
