“Still waiting for my order after 7 days. Paid extra for 1-2 days delivery. Can't get through on phone as I'm cut off after 5 minutes. No reply yet to my chase up email. No idea what's going on with my order. Buyer beware.”

“Good selection of products and delivery was excellent with products well packaged and protected. Only issue was the lack of detail for some of the products which I had not used before was finding enough technical detail on the website. I had to go to other competitors websites to find the information required. Apart from that the service is good and prices are better than some.”

“I was looking for the Impey formers and tanking system. The information was clear and prices very competitive. I called to double check I was ordering the right bits and the chap I spoke with was extremely helpful. I felt I could order everything I needed with confidence. Thank you.”
