“I purchased 2 wetroom kits including drains on the understanding that it would take 1 to 2 days for these to arrive. I have phoned your office on 3 occasions about delivery of the goods and today after 4 days one of the items has still not arrived. I had arranged for installers to carry out the works but this couldn't be done since we had several deliveries for the items, the last of which has still not arrived. We therefore had to use different materials to complete the works. I rang your office today and advised that I no longer require the kits and would like to return them. She advised that I should refuse the delivery of the last item which I will do.”

“This was my first order from Trade Wet Rooms. I ordered an Impey Level Dec shower tray 1300x800 in size. It was delivered the next day, which I wasn’t expecting. Very well packaged and everything in separate boxes to save potential damages. A great first experience with no complaints, very professional service. Great stock options and very reasonable in price”

“Goods delivered as ordered. The ordering process was good. It took a little longer for the order to arrive than expected, but under current circumstances, this was to be expected. Improvements could be made with their communications.”
