“AVOID! Horrible experience and item NEVER delivered. Outrageous. I ordered an Impey aqua dec on Saturday and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery to ensure it will be supplied on time. I called on Tuesday and was told it would be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday and they didn’t give me any estimated time. Called Wednesday again and they told me it’s with the driver and will be delivered by 6:15pm! I waited until 6:30pm and nobody ever showed up or contacted. I called again on Thursday morning and after many calls back and forth I was told they don’t know where my order is! They said they will have to dispatch another item, about which I’m highly sceptical, and they said it would be delivered before lunch time on Friday. Many calls and emails again on Friday but my order NEVER arrived. This is OUTRAGEOUS. Let’s see if I can at least have my money back. Avoid this company and order elsewhere if you don’t want a massive headache, time and money wasted.”

“Contacted Trade Wetrooms to check that items ( shower and finishing boards ) were in stock, confirmed by very helpful staff. Placed order on the Wednesday at 12:00. Delivered next day at 08:00 in the Morning by a very pleasant delivery driver. Overall Trade Wetrooms are a company that give excellent customer service, very competitive prices and exceptional good delivery times. If the need arises I would not hesitate to use this company again.”
