I purchased 2 wetroom kits including drains on the understanding that it would take 1 to 2 days for these to arrive. I have phoned your office on 3 occasions about delivery of the goods and today after 4 days one of the items has still not arrived. I had arranged for installers to carry out the works but this couldn't be done since we had several deliveries for the items, the last of which has still not arrived. We therefore had to use different materials to complete the works. I rang your office today and advised that I no longer require the kits and would like to return them. She advised that I should refuse the delivery of the last item which I will do.
