“First time customer, rang up prior to ordering to check stock and was told it would come direct from manufacture was asked if I minded being put on hold while stock was checked with manufacturers and was informed it was in stock and would be 1-2 day delivery if ordered before 1pm. Placed order after getting off phone. Order arrived the following afternoon. Can’t fault them at all and can only recommend. Will certainly use again with customer service like this.”

“The website said next-day delivery. I ordered 5 items and it took 3 days for 1 item to arrive 4 days for the second which was a shower tray this arrived damaged and 6 days on we are still waiting for the shower panel, waste etc. Customer services were not helpful as kept telling me they could not contact drivers or the warehouse was closed this was at 4.10pm. I am now loosing money on the job as I am having to wait on what is advertised as a next day delivery”
