“5 star efficiency! I had called various wet room sites where I was given helpful advice but none on a level with this company. It was a huge relief to speak to someone extremely knowledgeable, helpful and quick who guided me through the site to exactly the products needed. Their advice was top notch and I cannot thank them enough for taking the stress out of a complicated order! Everything arrived in 3 days and a subsequent exchange/return was processed immediately.”

“I feel the description on the product was somewhat misleading, I believed I was buying a grohe toilet pack, when instead the frame/cistern set up was Grohe, but the toilet itself was not. I feel the wording should be much clearer. I initially thought I was getting a fairly good deal where as now I feel I have paid over the odds, once you include postage”

No mention of this 'processing period' on the website - very misleading and misrepresentative when placing an order.”
