“Great service from trade wetrooms from phone call on technological information to ordering online but most important we got the shower tray former within two working days at best shop price found other places as special order 1 to 2 weeks wait allowed us to get on with the bathroom May be the 2nd review I ever done”

“the girly at the office was so helpful and very clear on her knowledge of wall panels I instantly felt the order was going to be right. We both had a little giggle about life especially my lack of IT skills for ordering online and the colour of the panels sounding very posh ( black noir). “It turns out that this company has a very interesting interpretation of the phrase "in stock" because, as far as I can establish, they hold very little if anything at all "in stock". We had to cancel our order as a result. What really put the cap on this was that they didn't bother to advise us that the most important item in our order was on an over three weeks delivery - something that could have simply been rectified by being more truthful on their website or, as a backstop, on the invoice that was emailed to us.”
