“The website said next-day delivery. I ordered 5 items and it took 3 days for 1 item to arrive 4 days for the second which was a shower tray this arrived damaged and 6 days on we are still waiting for the shower panel, waste etc. Customer services were not helpful as kept telling me they could not contact drivers or the warehouse was closed this was at 4.10pm. I am now loosing money on the job as I am having to wait on what is advertised as a next day delivery”

“First order after changing supplier still waiting for goods to arrive was booked on a 1-2 working day delivery but failed to arrive on 2nd day contacted company who said they would contact courier , as they failed to respond to a couple of emails as they have no contact number, but nobody called us back Appreciate problems are mainly with couriers but I did not purchase from the couriers Dream Bathrooms”

Suggest customers read the online manufacturer manuals re Sheet depths and associated Batton spacing etc as the lady at Wet rooms was misleading. Otherwise best price and fast turn round.”
