“My order went through but then had one back saying items were out of stock so phone and told they could be weeks ! So l canceled order and agreed full refund ,lady very polite. 4 days later still waiting for refund and now weekend so hoping it will be with me Monday. Lesson is don’t assume products are in stock and l think refunds should be handled immediately because it was a considerable amount of money”

“Was told before placing order that 100% that order will be delivered 24-48hrs. I explained that I'd previously been let down by other supplier at last minute, and having builders onsite charging a daily fee, that i needed these within 48hrs at the latest, so Immediately I placed order then told 72hrs. Resulting in costing me to pay 2 builders a days pay to sit and wait for this delivery. So a negative feedback from me I'm afraid.”
