“You need to get your computer system to stop sending out surveys when there is at least 3 weeks delay on order delivery. I have let the order stand but I also hope in 3 weeks time I do not get another order note, informing of a further delay.”

“Great service and price of the shower tray, which arrived next day. How ever the other carrier delivering the waste fitting has twice cancelled the delivery, so wasted 2 days waiting in .These items still not delivered with a new date of Monday8/2/21. Use another carrier Not DX as letting you down. Otherwise Many thanks.”

“Easy to navigate website and good prices. Delivery coming from different couriers isn’t great though, part of the kit is no use without the other but missed the second delivery even though I was in waiting so have had to let the customer down.”

“I placed the order for a tough X shower tray, waste and water proofing kit on WEDNESDAY morning. I paid for NEXT DAY delivery. I'm writing this on SATURDAY evening. My order is still NOT HERE. I had to call the company for two days before anyone picked up. All they could say was that they were having trouble with the courier and would refund the postage difference. Still waiting for refund as well as the goods. If they know there is a problem with the courier why offer next day delivery. So far NOT GREAT”

“Got a good price for the two items that I ordered but both of them weren't delivered initially and I had to contact TW to check on why one item hadn't been delivered. No-one got back to me but I received the second item a couple of days later. So their customer communications needs improving!”

“The product we were looking for at a great price. Easy to use website, clear communication about the day of delivery. Very helpful delivery driver who phoned ahead to let us know, almost to the minute, when he would be arriving. Just how internet shopping should be. Thank you.”
