“Helpful staff and products sold at a fair price. Delivery times are optional as is the price. My parcels nearly did not arrive today as the driver offered me an empty box with no lid (see photo), that should have contained the actual membrane. Good job I was in as I fetched the membrane from the rear of the van which was disgusting with goods to be delivered all in pile with the membrane at the bottom. It was filthy dirty with the first 600mm damaged - the outer layer of the roll. The box containing the other items was falling to pieces and I thought some of the items would be missing, however, all items are present. The packer of the box needs some lessons. I have no idea if the parcels arrived on time as no delivery time was received. No company name on the van.”

“I purchased 2 wetroom kits including drains on the understanding that it would take 1 to 2 days for these to arrive. I have phoned your office on 3 occasions about delivery of the goods and today after 4 days one of the items has still not arrived. I had arranged for installers to carry out the works but this couldn't be done since we had several deliveries for the items, the last of which has still not arrived. We therefore had to use different materials to complete the works. I rang your office today and advised that I no longer require the kits and would like to return them. She advised that I should refuse the delivery of the last item which I will do.”
