It turns out that this company has a very interesting interpretation of the phrase "in stock" because, as far as I can establish, they hold very little if anything at all "in stock".
We had to cancel our order as a result.
What really put the cap on this was that they didn't bother to advise us that the most important item in our order was on an over three weeks delivery - something that could have simply been rectified by being more truthful on their website or, as a backstop, on the invoice that was emailed to us.
