“This is the second time I have bought Nuance bushboard from this site. They arrived promptly and were competitively priced. The boards are well packed and none have been damaged. The boards themselves are good quality and work well, ie no leaks so far.”

“Very impressed. Firstly the item I brought was £100 cheaper with this company than anywhere else. Second the emails advising me of my delivery were good. Item was delivered on day expected and driver also called me to advise time he would be with me. Really impressed with this company. I will use them again 😊”

“Trade wet rooms have extremely competitive prices. The shower membrane equipment was delivered the next day. Communication is brilliant and I can highly recommend trade wet rooms. I will certainly be using them in the future.”

“Was concerned that reviews didn't look amazing but we took a chance. Amazing service. When we ordered we were contacted as it looked like we missed something that went with the order....we added that nd the whole.order arrived within a couple of days. Great customer service 👏”

“Received an email to advise delivery date, quickly followed by a 2nd email to advise if the delivery failed then I would be charged £60 - I emailed customer services to ask if they had a delivery time window (no response) - waited in all day and phoned customer services to be told that the delivery wasn't going out that day - they would then re-arrange. Delivery came two days later with 2 out of 4 panels damaged. Phoned Customer services and sent photos - said they would come back to me - hadn't come back to me so chased again and they said they would chase warehouse and phone me back. Didn't phone back just sent an email with a new delivery date (again, no delivery time window). Your customer services is appalling and wouldn't use again.”

“Ordered a 8 x 4 sheet of Alabaster style Bushboard and some adhesive, payment transaction was easy and delivery was made within a few days. The delivery team were polite and accommodating considering the recipient was elderly and disabled. I would describe the service as outstanding 5 stars would recommend and use again. Many thanks a very satisfied customer.”

“We placed an order for postformed Nuance board on Tuesday for a Thursday delivery, Wednesday an email came through saying that our order wasn't in stock. We phoned, changed our order for Nuanceboard that was in stock but couldn't have delivery until Friday. We then received another email saying delivery would be Tuesday the following week. We had tradesmen booked in twice and had to cancel. 1. it would be good to know stock when ordering. 2. A phone call would be better received. Still awaiting delivery”
