“I ordered on Monday the 5th and apparently delivered on the 6th. Just had the proof photo sent and it’s been taken from the front of the house. It’s on a public footpath next to a field and can be seen by everyone that enters the estate. This is not a safe place and can’t imagine why the driver would consider it to be. Not happy and waiting to see what happens now See photo of the apparent leave safe location”

“Great Customer service and good prices. Had an issue with the wrong product being delivered, HOWEVER it wasn't really TradeWetrooms fault. The box had been mislabelled by the manufacturer. I called Customer Services and explained the problem. They asked me to send a photograph showing the problem. They confirmed that they would arrange a replacement (which arrived next day). Great response from the company and they resolved a problem which could have become a major issue for me. Thanks. I would recommend the company and will use again.”

“We've been asked to write a review when half the goods have not been delivered, so it is not going to be very good. We placed one order, had a tanking kit delivered one day, and then a box with 2 x linear drains the next day, and still no shower bases (the most important part).”

“We have used Trade Wetrooms twice for supply of Nuance Bushboard, and on both occasions the service and delivery have been excellent. The online ordering is easy and slick and the after sales communication is great too. I can definitely recommend using this company.”

“As a trade’s man I usually buy these panels from my local stockists. On this occasion they couldn’t buy them for the price Wet rooms were selling them for! Ordered on Monday morning, delivered on Wednesday morning. How good is that!!”

“The fulfilment side of TradeWetrooms is appalling. I paid £28 for 1-2 day delivery and my order has been stuck in the depot for 4 days with no indication when I might receive it. Customer services just tell me there is a ‘delay’ with no attempt to get the items to me in a faster way or even compensate the delivery charge. First time customer, and I won’t be back.”

“Called on Friday for some technical advice and to check stock, very friendly advice was given and advised that the Nuance boards I was enquiring about were in stock. Placed the order and it was delivered Monday morning first thing. Fantastic price and service; I would definitely recommend trade wetrooms.”
