“The radiators are lovely and they arrived on time. Unfortunately, one of the fixings for the towel hanger had been drilled too wide so the bolt slipped through. I need to ask for another one. I'm using a a bodge to fix it right now.”

“I choose the new Bathroom Towel Radiator on-line and found it very easy to find the item that I wanted and the price was very competitive. When I received it, it was very well packaged and in good condition, I bought it to replace and existing Chrome Towel Radiator the same size and it fitted perfectly without any problems at all. Thanks for a quality product.”

“I hate doing a review when I've only had it 5 minutes. Why don't people wait till you've had the product for a while so you can give a true and accurate. review. It's a radiator. It gets hot and it's warm when central heating's on, but much more than that, I can't tell you. I've only had it five minutes”

“Very quick delivery. Just got it installed and up and running now. Great heat, very happy with functionality, the display not the simplest for my elderly parents, have had to ignore the boost function as too complex for them. Buttons are a hit or miss as flush and the dial is at the floor which isn't great as they can get down there, however seems like a good product.”

“Excellent products and prices. Dispatched in good time however the delivery company let you down as they messed up delivery on the day they said it would be delivered and had to redeliver. Also would be useful to have had a delivery time slot.”

“We found the website easy to use and were able to find the radiator we were looking for. The filters could be improved but we worked through these. Amanda Frazer who responded to my technical enquiries was brilliant and continued to demonstrate fantastic customer service right up until me ordering. The radiator and extra arrived in good time and were well packaged. However, the stainless steel towelrail had a few small scratches which was disappointing but not enough for me to return it. Being stainless steel I was able to polish these blemishes out. Quality assurance checks possibly need improving. Good price so on balance generally satisfied with service.”

“Good service. Radiator came with a blemish on the back. Seems like a lump of solder or something. Nothing that will bee seen when hung so did not send back. That was the only reason a star was dropped.”

“speedy service. Nice to deal with a company that answers the phone to customers! Only problem was that the pipe at top left of radiator was kinked, but due to lack of time to return and replace, plumber has worked round it. You wouldn't notice it from a casual look but it's not properly symmetrical.”

“This issue has now been rectified satisfactorily, I’m pleased that now brought to their attention it was sorted promptly! ………..The package was delivered damaged with an open corner. No surprise a part was missing. Contacted customer services to report and sent a photo of the package as their request.”
