“Purchase and delivery was very good. Unfortunately welding on the radiators was quite poor as the mounting points were not welded at true 90 degrees to the radiator. Meaning that they stuck out at odd angles. They still hold the radiator to the wall but it’s not very pleasing to the eye. Bit dissatisfied with that”

“Good range of radiators for towels in the bathroom. I wanted electric only and was given good advice by customer service. I ordered 2 items and when only 1 piece as arrived, customer service chased up the remainder. Rads not yet installed so I can't review the purchase itself.”

“The radiators are lovely and they arrived on time. Unfortunately, one of the fixings for the towel hanger had been drilled too wide so the bolt slipped through. I need to ask for another one. I'm using a a bodge to fix it right now.”
