“Great looking radiator, slow in delivery. Chat assistant said notification would arrive later on the Friday afternoon but it was Tuesday before we received it. After that delivered in good time although process did take a week in total and not next day delivery as their website states.”

“Overall very happy with Trade Radiators. It would be helpful when you place an order to know when the delivery is coming. At present you place the order and then got a confirmation email to say the order has been placed. You then have to wait until you get a dispatch note to say that the order is on the way which is not very helpful when you need an order quickly. Competitors websites do show the delivery times.”

“Let down by not giving better delivery advice. An ETA is so easy these days with Sat Nav planning so we were unable to get on with our day waiting around,... and besides we were actually promised a phone call with an approximate time but that never happened. The Rad was only protected by the plastic film wrapping from the factory so I was surprised it came unmarked seeing how it was transported. The boys were helpful with the delivery getting it to the door, so o/a good seems fair.”

Thank you for your review. Apologies the couriers could not provide a time, this is very normal and we do advise that deliveries are an all day service between 8am-6pm. None the less, apologies for any inconvenience that was caused.

“Reina Neva Double Vertical Radiator- Anthracite 1800 x 354 (mm) Great radiator and looks really good in situ. One of the tails needed some extra PTFE tape to get it seated properly but this is quite a standard occurance. Overall, nice product ....careful when fitting as this is a heavy radiator!”

“Great Towel Radiator, good quality and very competitively priced. Delivery was prompt and no hassle. I found the instructions pretty confusing, and the wall brackets a little tricky since this was a curved radiator however with patience the radiator was mounted and plumbed up without issue.”
