“Great selection of radiators. Good website with all the information on the products. I wanted to check the delivery date so called them. Extremely helpful. Product delivered ahead of schedule. The radiator was the easiest and most efficient part of our bathroom refurbishment. We will definitely use them again”

“Had what I was looking for at a very competitive price. Shipping was quick and well packaged. Communication was good. The website had issues for me though and I could only access certain things if I used the 'incognito' mode on my browser.”

“Very good product for good price , only problem is you don't know when it's going to be delivered as there is no communication to tell you when it's been dispatched or when it will be delivered.”

“Your service is great. I could suggest genuine improvements to (principally) the shopping basket that would make reviewing the order much easier and more informative. For example, the ability to add a short note to each radiator on the list, like bedroom, living room, etc, This would make reviewing the order so much easier. If you are interested in a few more ideas, let me know.”

We do clearly show the delivery timescales on each product within which we did manage to deliver to you, sorry if you missed this info before ordering. We always replace damaged parts so please always let our Customer Service team know so that we can rectify this for you. Thank you.
