“Appalling delivery service. You can’t track it. You can’t get a time slot. Got two emails from Trade Rads with the wrong day. Their “Customer Service” are a joke. Will never use again.”

Our apologies that there were issues with Tuffnells couriers, we provided you with the information they gave but unfortunately they had delays their side resulting in the delivery being split and late, we are really sorry for the inconvenience.

“Excellent radiators- nice design, good function. Extremely good customer service. However had problem with delivery company, Tuffnells who failed to deliver but claimed they had. Eventually trade radiators resolved the problem.”

“Excellent service. As promised the radiator was delivered the next day after ordering. This is the second one of these radiators I have bought ( anthracite Saturn) and I am just as satisfied with it as I was with the first. The only gripe I have with Trade Radiators is that the week after buying the radiator they reduced the price by 30%. However, I'm still happy with my purchase and will probably use them again in the future.”

“You can never tell the true measure of a company until there is a problem. Unfortunately I had a problem with my towel rail. Amanda sorted the problem straight away and a replacement was delivered the next working day. Happy to say the replacement was perfect and looks great. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.”

“You didn’t have stock of something I ordered. I called twice and only on second call was made aware of this. Bit of a poor customer experience as I had plumber booked that I will now need to change.”

Hi Nick, we did email you immediately upon placing the order to notify you that the item was out of stock, we do this with all orders containing any OOS items. The email gave you the option to leave the item on back order if you wished and we also gave you an alternative product suggestion, we didn't get a reply from you so the item was left on back order, as per our email. Hi Kat, the feet are 'optional' and not essential, these are wall hung radiators. Some customers choose to have the feet as they like the overall look with them, some customers may choose feet as the wall the radiator is going on isn't great. Sorry you feel you had a "wasted plumber trip", you just bought the radiators from us, nothing else.
