“I ordered a 1400 x 450 towel rail. What I got was a 1400 x 500 towel rail. Unfortunately I didn't notice the error until I was on the job, meaning I had the additional work of moving the pipes. Not a great first experience with Trade Radiators”

Sorry to hear you received a slightly bigger item. We would have swapped this the very next day for you but you didn't let us know or give us the opportunity to rectify this for you. It was most likely a simple human error at the warehouse (for which we apologise) which we could've quickly and easily rectified for you within 24 hours, had you let us know.

“Had to wait an age and a half to speak to someone on the phone, but that may be due to Covid... Anyway when they finally answered the operator answered the query immediately and the item was dispatched promptly. Arrived 2 days later. Most competitive price for the item on the market. ~V Pleased.”

“There was no notification of delivery date on ordering but going by the other reviews it should be quick... Not so..with still no notification I called a few days after ordering to be told that the item ordered takes 5 to 10 working days to get dispatched. When it did eventually arrive and was unpacked it was damaged on one end..looks like it could have been dropped.. possibly in transit but who knows. The lightly damaged area will be be hidden but the item has, as yet, not been fitted. Make your own opinion..”

Thank you for your review. The particular item you ordered does state delivery is 2-3 weeks which is clearly visibly before ordering. Damages should be reported to our Customer Service team (to allow us to rectify this for you) which, on checking, you don't appear to have done.
