“Your service is great. I could suggest genuine improvements to (principally) the shopping basket that would make reviewing the order much easier and more informative. For example, the ability to add a short note to each radiator on the list, like bedroom, living room, etc, This would make reviewing the order so much easier. If you are interested in a few more ideas, let me know.”

We do clearly show the delivery timescales on each product within which we did manage to deliver to you, sorry if you missed this info before ordering. We always replace damaged parts so please always let our Customer Service team know so that we can rectify this for you. Thank you.

“Website and radiators fine however delivery man expected me to get 3 x radiators out of the back of the lorry. Have never experienced a delivery service that don't deliver to your front door! If we had known I could have arranged for someone to be here to help- I'm 8 months pregnant so it wasn't feasible to do this alone.”

Hi Gemma, we are really sorry this happened. We do advise that deliveries are often kerb side (especially pallet deliveries) but there's no way you should've been trying to get anything off the lorry, most definitely not! The couriers were under a lot of strain at that time (COVID/BREXIT) but it's no excuse. We are genuinely sorry as this falls way below our usual service levels. We have now refunded £50 to your original payment method by way of an apology, sorry again.

“Great service but disappointed with poor quality product radiator received. I am expected to pay £24 for courier to return flimsy product with poor fixing design. Even the courier said it doesn't feel very much quality. Don't buy unless you are happy with product and have seen it before you purchase. Return charges are very expensive.”

“I would not recommend anyone ordering a radiator from this company I have never received one! Despite numerous phone calls and promises of call backs that I never received then a replacement being dispatched and still not received!! Dreadful service”

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
