“Order was wrong ? Only got half of my order ?? Packaging was excellent and all seems good quality but my customer was let down by poor order ?? Had to shop elsewhere delivery took ages too unfortunately.. don’t like to put anyone down but I ordered 4 radiators got two and when I emailed company didn’t even get reply ... dissatisfied and disappointed.. I know these errors can occur but not even a word or apology”

Looks like you have confused us with a different order with a different company as we had an order that you placed online for 2 radiators, this order was duly fulfilled/delivered 100% correctly. We haven't received any emails or calls from you regarding the order. Seems there may be some confusion your side. Please do let us know if we can help you in anyway but there was no error on our part.

“Unfortunately can’t give more than 2stars 1 star for delivery APC Not on time, app useless and promising over the phone day after day. I can understand busy time now, but somehow other couriers are on time. 3 stars for quality of radiator(towel rail) on picture or website looks amazing , says stainless steel but reality is different. I hope it’s stainless steel and not is going to get rusty. On box and few pages on instruction there is no single word about stainless steel.. But the main thing what’s concerning me is things inside - loose , when you turn around you can hear rolling from one end to another. I hope they not going to affect a heating element etc. So altogether 2stars I haven’t connected yet, I hope it works.”

“We bought three anthracite Trade column radiators. The main reasons were the 15 year guarantee, the high BTU values and the good price. Communication throughout the order process were good. Due to COVID the radiators were not in stock and we had to wait on them from the factory. However, the ladies from Trade Radiators kept us informed by email about the status of the radiators availability and even offered to send them individually as each became available - however we waited until they were all ready. They were very well packed and protected and seem to be good quality. We have not fitted them yet so time will tell.”
