“Delivered a damaged radiator then replaced with another damaged radiator. You’d think they would check a product before sending it as a replacement.”

Apologies that this happened (transit damage), the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Lovely radiators at a good price. Arrived the next day. Excellent service. The radiators were very well packaged and the driver delivered them as requested. The only criticism would be the poor fitting instructions.”

“Delivery has gone missing twice and the second time I got someone else’s delivery by mistake and still 10 days later it’s still here”

The missing parcels were fully refunded as requested. Sorry again for the inconvenience, this is really not our usual standard of service at all.

“Amanda was Great..trade radiators were great...YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY TUFFNELLS IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH..FAILED TO DELIVER ON AGREED DAY..NO CONTACT MADE BY THEM.,.I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM THEY HAD THE CHECK TO MARK ON WEB SITE ITEMS HAD BEEN DELIVERED..THEN SENT OUT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE MONDAY INSTEAD OF THE AGREED FRIDAY. Advice to Trade Radiators change carrier for the good of your own reputation. Nowadays it is just not acceptable for a carrier not to be able to give an estimated time of delivery even am/pm should be and is possible.”

We are really sorry the courier service wasn't the usual standard, we did find a lot of delays etc during December due to COVID as this was the case with all logistic networks UK wide and apologise for the inconvenience. “Ordered a radiator and it turned up but was the wrong thing and the one I wanted has actually been discontinued. This has cost me time and money with extra plumber time. Not impressed and I wouldn’t use the company again.”

“Radiator was well packed but unfortunately was damaged when delivered, called through to Trade Radiators spoke to a very help full lady sent through a few pictures of the damage and it was replaced with in days.Great service.”
