“This is our second set of radiators purchased from Trade Radiators, apart from the radiators being out of stock and having to wait for them, I could not fault the choice, service or price. Just hope that the radiators we have chosen are still available when we do the next section of our project.”

“I had not been notified of my radiator delivery so I called customer service for an update. The lady in customer service was polite and said she would call me back once she had contacted the warehouse. To date I still have not had a call and still do not know what is happening with my radiator delivery.”

The product you have ordered has a lead time of 5-10 working days and we are still well within that time period. The logistics team are doing their very best and will contact you to arrange delivery. Delays are not uncommon at the moment due to COVID but we are still looking to deliver to you on time. Thank you for your patience

“Ordered at weekend arrived Tuesday, unfortunately there was some slight damage to corner of radiator, customer service was excellent in resolving this, lovely touch to send out some touch up paint for radiator as well. Not my first order from trade radiator nor my last, very professional service, highly recommend,”

“Our order arrived promptly, as promised, and the number and sizes of radiators were as ordered. As our property is undergoing major refurbishment, our rads are still unwrapped, as the house is like the proverbial 'building site'! Once we unwrap l'll be able to add further comments on the appearance and quality of the products.i”

“There are two comments that I would like to draw attention to regarding the radiator that I ordered from you. 1-- I ordered the radiator from your site because it sated that it was in stock, I was informed from you that delivery would be delayed because you had to wait for its delivery from the manufactures not good. 2-- Radiator arrived slightly damaged one of the end plates was dented and paint chips on bottom edge in spite of good packaging, I have accepted radiator as time was critical to install. Better quality control required.”

We have checked your order and you didn't contact us to let us know about the damage. Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify this for you. “Had a black double skin rad fitted. Should have come with a weight warning! Must weigh at least 20 kilos so we had to have the wall reinforced at an extra cost. Now fitted it doesn't get that warm. Will not purchase from this site again.”

Thanks for your review, we are sorry to hear you're not happy, you hadn't contacted us regarding any of the above. The radiator you have is a double 600x1020mm and a wall mounted radiator which is fairly average in size/weight. If the radiator isn't heating up fully then the valves may have been put on the wrong way round, the TRV (head/control) should always be fitted on the flow side (where the water goes into the radiator) and the lockshield on the return side (where the water leaves the radiator). The plumber should always fit valves this way and if they haven't the radiator may not heat properly. This is easily corrected by the installer.
