“Purchased Pisa Berkshire Towel Radiator - Chrome 1600 x 300mm Easy to order online and arrived as advised. It is very impressive and looks brilliant in our bathroom. Due to its size it generates a lot of heat and dries towels quickly. We are very pleased with it and would recommend.”

“This was an easy website to use and order from, with a good choice of electric towel rails. I chose anthracite and it’s lovely... exactly what I wanted. The quality is excellent. The towel rail and element were very well packed and delivery was exactly when expected. I didn’t deal with anyone directly but get the feeling I would have received great customer service. Thank you very much.”

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards (delayed/lost parcels) for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Still waiting for two radiators after 2 months first ones delivered as shown in picture after 2 months still no replacements and they have my money. Total nightmare of a company completely fobbed on every call.”
