“Ordered 3 stelrad radiators received 3 henrad radiators different style to existing radiators 2 of them had bent covers disappointing .”

Thanks for your review. Our Stelrad radiators are indeed Stelrad, the range is called Henrad which are manufactured by Stelrad. Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team to allow us the opportunity to replace any damaged parts or items for you. We would have replaced the items right away had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Radiators are good quality no issues there however the delivery company "Tuffnels" absolutely shocking turned up.on own left pallet radiators on footpath my wife had to drag up drive to get in house , couldn't give me a timeslot when was coming shocking”

Thanks for your review. On checking your order you didn't reply to our email asking which date you would like for delivery (this is the process for all cast iron deliveries) but after we sent a further email to chase you did get back to us that time and we got you all booked in.

“Radiators are great but how come delivery was unloading from truck service only?! How is a single female person expected to carry them to the flat on 4th floor, especially when they have been delivered late in the evening? You shouldn't use delivery courier for such heavy items. Small items are delivered to our door so there is no excuse not to deliver heavy items to our door.”

We do advise on the site, the T&C's on your order and all further emails that delivery is generally kerb side, sorry if you missed this.

“Positives Easy to order and quick delivery Negatives Although the rad was well packed when I opened it a few days later the rad had received a heavy drop on one corner which buckled the corner and the paint cracked off, also the clip on grill on the top of the rad was twisted and buckled. So my issue is the delivery part as said the rad was well packed so how can that happen if a little care was taken in delivery ?”

“I haven’t received the goods yet and have no updates/ correspondence with regards to my order, apparently can’t track until out for delivery. Order around 26/01 give or take but heard nothing, just an email to tell me it has been dispatched?”

“Contacted trade radiators by phone three times , each time I was promised someone would return my call shortly , but didn’t , so sent a email , no reply , simply needed to know approx delivery date of item purchased . Delivery merchants where great , very helpful and informative”

Our apologies that the dispatch took longer than normal, as explained when we spoke with you we are currently experiencing delays with the Reina warehouse. As discussed on the phone and advised on your order receipt email, we would send you a dispatch email as soon as the goods left the warehouse (which we did) and we are very sorry this took longer than it should have.

“Radiator is fine however the problem is with delivery, firstly no contact from anyone saying when it was going to arrive then it arrived and was left on the doorstep all day as no one was home (again because no notice of when it was coming) luckily someone honest took it in and gave it to us the following day but could have just as easily stolen it.”

Thank you for your review. We did email you dispatch notification including tracking information for your delivery. Sorry you weren't in to receive the delivery and our apologies for the inconvenience of the driver leaving the item for you, rather than returning it to the depot. This should only happen if the item can be left in a 'safe place' so apologies if it is not indeed safe there.
