“The service was extremely quick and they were helpful on the phone but having warned me that the radiator was heavy and the delivery did not include bringing it into the house, they unexpectedly delivered a day early when I was on my own for the day. The driver rang the bell and left the radiator outside. I did not even see the driver, so he wasn't even sure if there was anyone home. I am 75 years of age with a back problem and I had to struggle on my own to get it up the steps into the house. I had arranged to have someone assist me on the planned delivery day but not the day before.”

“Always been great to deal with - rapid shipping, and ACTUAL customer service when you need it. We had to return one radiator (Our fault, wouldn't fit). They quickly provided a path to get the radiator picked up with minimal fuss.”

“We purchased a Trade Direct 4 column radiator from Trade Radiators. It arrived promptly but we're really busy so didn't have chance to check it immediately. It's now 2 weeks later and we've opened it for the plumber to fit it, only to find it has been damaged in transit. However, Trade Radiators state that if you don't check your purchase within the 3 days of receipt, they accept no responsibility. We've gone ahead and had the radiator fitted because we can't afford to buy another one. Hopefully it will last.”
