“Received values. No radiator. No email to say why. Nothing in invoice. Had to call to be told a rad would be three or 4 weeks! But clearly states “in stock” on the website. Just be clear about lead times. 3-4 weeks is not in stock. Be honest!”

“To be honest I have no idea what the radiator I have ordered is like as after being told on three separate days that it will be delivered on that day, it has yet to appear. No reasons given.”

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
