Julie, I'm very sorry, I have been informed that the courier damaged your radiator and you didn't want us to replace the item for you but instead asked for the item to be collected and refunded, to which we duly obliged. Apologies for the inconvenience, damages are very rare and we do usually replace the very next working day. Julie (Manager)

“I needed two of Quinn’s largest radiators. Trade Radiators offered the best price I could find. They were very polite and cooperative in arranging the delivery to suit our availability. I was very pleased with their them and I would recommend them and use them again. Ceric”
