“Delivery man refused to allow the recipient to sign for the item as "UNCHECKED". Instead deleted this "signature" and asked for the name of the recipient and signed on behalf of recipient”

“1) Website easy to use 2) Order processed quickly 3) Their courier is rubbish (and this seems to be a common theme in the feedback). I changed the delivery date but they still delivered on the original day and it was lucky someone was there (dog walker) to accept it. Doesn’t allow a particular time window to be chosen. 4) The radiator supplied had differently shaped bars to the one I ordered on their website. 5) The communication with Trade Radiators was exemplary, with rapid responses to email and phone calls. They told me that the radiator sent was the ‘new shape’ of the one ordered but their website hadn’t been updated.”

Thanks for your detailed and positive review Adam. Apologies you had a minor issue with the courier company, this was relayed to them. The radiator is the same, there has just been a very tiny, barely noticeable difference in the design, the model itself remains the same. Great to hear you've been so happy with our Customer Service.

“trade radiators have a great web site and easy to use also a varied selection of heating and plumbing equipment . the delivery is excellent too both my items came on time /very well packaged to i would recomend them to anyone who wants a quality product at a reasonal price”
