“Had to call to order as issue with the website accepting payments online but adviser very helpful. Order confirmation received, but no indication of delivery date until I heard from DHL. Items then arrived as expected and all looks good. Lots and lots of plastic packaging used, are there any viable alternatives that could be considered instead? Radiators yet to be fitted but so far so good and would use trade radiators again.”

“THEY ARE VERY WELL MADE AND LOOK REALLY GREAT WHEN FITTED. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT WELL WORTH IT AND I HOPE THEY WILL LOOK JUST THE SAME IN 10 YEARS FROM NOW SO MUCH BETTER THAN CHROME ONES”

“Sent photo of radiator we had installed 9 months ago which had a few small bubbles of paint appear. On sending a photo to the company on the Monday afternoon a new radiator arrived Wednesday. The company is also prepared to pay for the plumber to do the replacement plumbing. Would thoroughly recomend this company for excellent service, and customer relation.”

“I ordered 3 radiators from TradeRadiators. One arrived damaged but as soon as I rang up to tell them they immediately replaced it after I sent photograph of damaged radiator. Very impressed with their immediate action to my complaint”

“Trade Radiators provide high quality product at reasonable prices. The radiator we bought looks very stylish. Had a slight problem with one of the trims which was sorted in a prompt and friendly manner. Intend to buy a second (slightly smaller) radiator to heat the opposite end of the large dining room/kitchen.”
