Thanks for your review Paul and apologies that there seems to have been a slight delay with the courier. The order was dispatched by us for next day delivery and we didn't hear from you regarding any issues, so apologies again. Enjoy your amazing new radiator and thanks for shopping with us.

“Great product choices and value for money. I bought traditional style bathroom radiator/towel rails which were a very good price but even better, when they arrived (Quick delivery as well) they were lovely quality so I didn’t feel in any way I had been compromised. My builder is so impressed he is going to recommend them to his clients! The customer service is first class, nothing is a problem. Great to deal with. Thank you”

“Wouldn’t match their own price from a few weeks before then offered an insulting discount of about £80 on a £1400 order so i bought else where for £500 less”

On investigation we can see that we did put a discounted quote together for you but you didn't get back to us to discuss any further. It wasn't a price match you were looking for it was an old discount that was no longer live and unfortunately we cannot apply old discounts to new orders, we do always strive to get our customers the best possible deal but you didn't come back to us so we were unable to help any further.
