“Could have done much better. I had an email to say the radiator would be delivered Friday, even gave the drivers name. It was not delivered despite the tracking link saying it had been. It was delivered Monday morning. By the time I answered the door bell the driver was driving away. One end cover of the radiator was damaged, I reported this on Monday but have heard no more. The damage to the end cover was clearly caused by mishandling”

Our apologies that the radiator was a day late Roger, delivery delays were not uncommon during lockdown and we are sorry about this. A replacement end panel was subsequently sent and we also discounted your order for you. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“We are renovating our bathroom and surfing the net for deals as there is not much choice in the shops due to the lock down. Trade Radiators offered the best value for money and the smoothest and promptest delivery so far.”

“Radiator for our bathrooms Trade Direct Saturn triple towel rail in Anthracite delivered within 2 days of ordering online. The quality is excellent. We have purchased from Trade radiators in the past and had no concerns. We are yet to fit it but I know it will be just perfect .”
