“This is the 2nd radiator I have bought and the quality is great and they look fantastic. On both of the orders I experienced issues with the components: valves and feet. Amanda your customer services representative was so helpful in getting me the right part for the plumber we had booked. Your customer services is great!”

“The actual products are excellent - I’m very happy. We had some issues with the delivery - namely that the courier lost one of our items and could not provide tracking information on the other item. When I raised the issue with Trade Radiators they responded very quickly and sent out a new replacement product for the one that was lost in transit.”

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry.
