“Delivery takes a long time from placing an order and in my case DPD who delivered did not knock or ring the bell, although I saw him leaving at the gate and called out to him he just drove off without leaving the parcel which he took to a pick up point some miles away which I was unable to pick up. They held it for a week and returned it to the supplier unfortunately after a week it had still not arrived at the destination. After several emails and telephone calls, Trade Radiators sent another radiator which arrived following day delivery. The problem was clearly with the courier and Trade Radiators performed ok but with some delay in dealing with it.”

“Ordered radiator on 5th of October, wasn't delivered for 2 weeks now. Still waiting for money refund, but was told that they are still in the process of searching for this order, so probably another 2 weeks waiting Not only they didn't delivered but also did not refunded so now I cannot buy another one as they keep my money. Needed to reschedule my plumber, Not impressed at all Will never use this website again”

“Very well packed and delivered. Great looking Radiators and easy to hang. The only concern I have is the bottom fittings are plastic and I wonder how long they will remain stable as plastic goes brittle when constantly heated. They also fit with a screw right behind a column and therefore difficult to tighten the middle bracket. Otherwise I an really pleased all round.”
