“Despite their website stating that there was more than 10 in stock, it took nearly 3 weeks to effect delivery of 1 radiator. Excuse was that a recent batch received had to be returned because of damage - truth ot lie, who can tell? And it was not until Trade Radiators were contacted that this information was passed to me. Poor customer service and would not use again.”

We are terribly sorry that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been Allan. Unfortunately these goods arrived in to us damaged and replacements had to be ordered for you causing a delay, this is certainly not our usual standards. Apologies again that your experience was far from ideal.

“I spent £400+ on a three-column radiator, only to find it was of poor quality. The plumber who was fitting it brought the issues to my attention, prompting me to contact customer service with videos and photos of the damage. However, they refused to assist, citing the fact that the product had been opened and installed. I'm appalled by the lack of concern from the customer service team and dismayed that companies can get away with such poor treatment of customers. Additionally, when I discovered the radiator's poor quality over the weekend, I couldn't reach the company for assistance. As someone with MS, I rely on heating due to the discomfort cold weather causes me, but the company showed no empathy towards my situation.”

As you chose to fit the radiator before reporting this, the goods have been accepted and you have therefore rescinded your rights based on the fact that you are happy with the product. We could have sent you a replacement had we been given the opportunity to do so. The customer service agent did provide you with a discount as a good will gesture.
