Thank you for your review. As per our terms and conditions, returns are subject to a collection fee. This is set by the courier depending on the size and weight of the goods. We do always offer you the option to arrange your own return should you wish to do so.

“Disappointed with the colour of the valves, totally different finish to what I viewed on the website, got told to send them back & reorder but i haven’t as it annoys me that I’ve got to foot the postage cost.”

“I choose the new Bathroom Towel Radiator on-line and found it very easy to find the item that I wanted and the price was very competitive. When I received it, it was very well packaged and in good condition, I bought it to replace and existing Chrome Towel Radiator the same size and it fitted perfectly without any problems at all. Thanks for a quality product.”
