“Unfortunately on this last occasion my experience with TR has been very disappointing. The first issue was the totally unreasonable huge price hike on my last purchase in comparison to a similar radiator I purchased in August 2021. On top of this, on installation, I received a faulty thermostatic valve and a faulty bleed valve as shown in image. TA sent me replacements in good time but, I have now to pay the plumber again to come and fit these parts at my cost. I should, in the very least be compensated for the inconvenience. I now have four of your cast iron rad's and plan to purchase another soon as my renovations continue but, may have to look elsewhere for a reasonable price.”

Thanks for your review Darren, we have checked your orders and there wasn't a price increase, you purchased a bigger radiator this time which was naturally higher in price than the smaller ones you had previously ordered. Apologies again for the faulty parts, which were replaced right away for you. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Fittings are really poor quality, you'll need several rolls of PTFE!!! Takes so long to assemble because of the fittings it's worth paying more for better quality”

Hi Andrew, sorry you were not happy. The quality of the Nordic radiators is excellent, all radiators should be installed by a qualified plumber or heating engineer and not by the customer (as this invalidates the warranty) and the feedback we get from tradespeople is fantastic. We've had no contact from you on the order to let us know you had an issue, we would always look into any problems and resolve them right away, given the opportunity to do so, we are here to help.
