“Been waiting for my refund over a week they are more interested on sale then dealing with problems”

Thank you for your review. Having checked your order I can see the item was returned as you had ordered one too many, not due to any problems with the product. The item was collected from you on the 1st March and a refund was processed on the 13th March. Returns take time to come back and then be processed by the warehouse following which the refund instruction can then go through, all returns follow the same procedure.

“The product was dangerous, someone had nicked the power cable with something like a Stanley knife about 50mm from the radiator to a depth that exposed both power and neutral cores. The whitecap doesn't locate onto the bottom of the radiator. After an e-mail & pic showing damage, & 2 chasing e-mails, they dispatched a replacement element which I now have to fit, and the whitecap doesn't locate onto the bottom of the radiator. Poor”

Apologies again that this was damaged in transit to you. Any damages must be reported directly to us which was not done in the first instance. I can see that as soon as you contacted us you received a response straight away and a replacement was dispatched the very next day. “I have ordered from this company a couple of times now and each time the radiators look great and arrived on time. One radiator was not in stock (which I knew when I ordered) but I was notified along the way and got the radiator when they said. The plumber has fitted them with ease. Very happy with the service from them.”

“Poor customer service and after sales. Purchased several cast rads but this time I ordered a pewter rad and not the old pewter I was meant to. Pewter is actually silver and old pewter is very dark brown. The valves are marked up as pewter but are actually old pewter in colour. Makes no sense. Said they could send me spray paint for £87!”

Thank you for your review Stephen. I am sorry you ordered the wrong colour. Our customer service team did advise you could buy paint as this is a cheaper option for you than sending it back and having it repainted. The valves you ordered are a completely different brand to the radiators so are never going to match the finish. The colour you purchased is very clear as per the images on the website. “I ordered a radiator, which I knew to be out of stock, but was then notified the delivery time had been delayed. I spoke to a lovely lady who suggested an alternative as their site was the only one with the size required. It arrived promptly & is excellent. Really helpful & such great service.”

“Let down by not giving better delivery advice. An ETA is so easy these days with Sat Nav planning so we were unable to get on with our day waiting around,... and besides we were actually promised a phone call with an approximate time but that never happened. The Rad was only protected by the plastic film wrapping from the factory so I was surprised it came unmarked seeing how it was transported. The boys were helpful with the delivery getting it to the door, so o/a good seems fair.”
