“Have just recently purchased a column radiator for a bedroom. Price was decent, comms were very good. Radiator was well packed and delivered in quick time. Going to purchase more for the other rooms, they look so good. very pleased with our everything.”

“Arrived a day late (fault of carrier). Radiator well packaged and appears well made. Only time will tell how good it is with regard to corrosion resistance but it does have a five year warranty”

“I have just purchased a pair of radiators and auxiliary fittings, unfortunately one of the radiators was damaged in transit. speaking to Kim at customer services she was absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful,she managed to send out a replacement radiator and arranged for the damaged radiator to be collected. Absolutely a very good service, special thanks to Kim”

“Great quality, quick delivery, great communication- we will definitely use these again. We went for a vertical rad , slightly sceptical as the price was low but all this went as the plumber who fitted it commented on what a deal we got. Top marks from us .”

“Radiator as described. Ordering simple and delivery as promised, in fact I needed to reschedule and was done with no fuss or bother. So far so good- based on a farily brief test, the radiator seems to work fine. Feels like good value for money.”

“Had to do a 1 and a half hour round trip to collect the rad from the courier depot... which is in Baldock! The rad is ok... but will not use again while they employ this shambles of a courier.”

“We started using Trade Radiators as a result of our daughters recomendation. We love the traditional look of the column rads, the first set were delivered quickly and now installed and look perfect. The second batch of two has arrived safely, securely pacakged and we are now ready for our plumber to fit. There is at least one more order to come, we are really pleased.”

“Had a small issue with first radiator, one email to them later, it was sorted , next day delivery and collection of other one. Really good experience. Would recommend these to anyone. Very good price on radiator to.”
