“I feel the delivery service wasn’t fantastic as you only knew literally 5 mins before delivery. Also the radiator isn’t fantastic quality as the tops look like raw material for about 3 inch down from the top and the bottom of the radiator the middles look like they are black nickel they are a different finish.”

Hi Tony, thanks for your review. You purchased a 'raw metal' radiator which does of course show the raw metal itself with manufacturing lines, this is a deliberate (and very popular) finish as shown on the website. If you buy a painted (powder coated) radiator of course the metal isn't visible but raw metal has a clear lacquer so that you can see the variations of the sections which is the main appeal of this type of finish. Hopefully you're happy with it now as we can see you didn't contact us to arrange a return. Thank you for shopping with us.
