“Website kept asking if I needed an electric thermostat for the radiator when in fact it had one ....and then again when I placed the order, it was still offering the option, so had to ring and clarify it definitely was included!! Apart from that very straightforward. Would defo recommend”

“Excellent seller, very quick delivery. The aluminium radiator that we bought is very light compared with other radiators. We didn't start using yet, the bathroom is still being refurbished. Very please with the purchase. Definitely recommend Trade Radiators.”

“Radiator arrived on time & looked the part. Unfortunately the element for dual fuel (which I had checked WAS the correct one by calling ahead before placing my order) didn’t fit the unit as it was too long. I’m now waiting for the replacement.”
