“Please be aware that some radiators are bespoke, they look like they are from the catalogue and therefore subject to the 30 days return policy. I ordered a brass finish and was not happy with the colour but was told that it was non-refundable. I could understand if I had asked for a bespoke colour, but a brass finish is just a simple lacquer. Spent £500 on a Radiator that I thought was going to be the focal point of the room, but now it’s just going to have to be a dull thing in the corner - not happy !”

We do offer a number of bespoke, made to order goods which are all clearly noted on the website before purchase, this includes the brass lacquered finish radiator that you ordered. We have looked into this for you and can see that the item you received is as per the images on the website. We did offer you the option to have this re-sprayed in a solid paint colour which you declined. “Goods arrived safely but unfortunately were too late so had to return them. Did so about 2 weeks ago but still not received a credit yet. Appreciate places are closed over christmas and we've had postal strikes.”
