“This was the 2nd time I had ordered from this site & I must say I was so disappointed from start to finish!. I ordered 4 items & received an email on the 3rd saying my order was being processed. I sent an email asking for an update after 10days. They sent another email saying sorry for the delay will be with you shortly , have upgraded your delivery . Waited another 5 days no items. Sent another email , received the same email again , on its way. Phoned on the 22nd and was told its been dispatched that day. I thought perfect! I received the items next day, only 3 items, 1 missing. I had to email again & explain the situation and ask for a refund. I was so annoyed as I had bought them as part of my Grandaughters birthday or I would of cancelled the order. Waiting 3 weeks and still not all the order dispatched!. I ordered items from China and they even arrived before this order. Unfortunately will not be buying again.......”
