“Price is great but the time it takes for them to dispatch your items is ridiculous. I’ve waited two weeks for my item to be dispatched so I’ve messaged them and they have said it could take another 4 days. This item was a birthday present ordered with plenty of time and now it will be late. Which is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them if you need something in a reasonable time.”

“Ordered on the 5th Nov and I contacted them on the 13th & 20th nov to see were my item is. Phoned the customer service on the 22nd November and apparently they no longer have it in stock and they gave me a refund. All it takes is a simple email to explain the situation, instead of it lingering on for 17 days. The prices are great but the service is shocking.”

“Ordered an item on the basis that they quoted 2-4 day delivery. A week later, nothing received. Contacted them to be told they are busy due to Christmas (it was early November) and they would escalate it to their warehouse. Another week later still nothing from then so I contacted them again to be told they would upgrade me to next day delivery. I asked if that meant they had dispatched the item to be told that they hadn’t received it from their supplier. At no point was I advised of this when I placed the order or contacted by them unless I complained. Awful service. Do not use if you want a delivery for Christmas as they can’t cope with their workload at the beginning of November!!!”

“Excellent service but box and airoplane in Filthy state probably due to being kept in warehouse for long periods of time. Had the box had a plastic covering thiswould not have been the case. Could this be passed on to the makers?”

“I ordered couple of items 2nd of November. I contacted them to ask what was going on & was told it would be put on a 24hour delivery. Well it still didn't turn up!!! Contacted them again on the 16th November & it was still in their warehouse!!! I requested a refund & I'm still waiting for that!! I will not be shopping there again!!!”
