“ordered a product from them which was by their own accounts simply a cosmetic issue with a sealed product yet I received nothing short of my product being delivered opened and unusable. When I contacted them I was told no replacement was offerable due to them not having a replacement yet the customer shouldn't have to deal with the problem its the responsibility of the store to be able to replace a faulty product which they did not. And a return during a pandemic with no access to printers etc means it's impossible to return things. Avoid this seller who is charging overinflated prices and hangs their customer out to dry when they have an issue Very poor experience overall would not recommend. avoiding if at all possible is your best choice there are many other retailers out there who will actually help their customers.”

“This was a gift for my niece and sadly it's not even working. I have tried to contact toy street to send it back but sadly no one is responding to my email and calls.”

“I'm very happy with my purchase. However I wasn't notified that there was not any stock until after I completed the purchase. Delivery was 6 weeks or so after purchase. Not a problem as it wasn't a gift but would have been good to know beforehand”
