“Never seen this site before and was very skeptical about using it. Delivery was fast and packaged good. Everything seems to be in order but we shall seevwhen time comes to put it together”

“The first item sent was faulty. Toy Street’s staff member I spoke to was extremely pleasant. She explained how I could return the item free of charge and said that they would send a replacement. This all went smoothly. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the item took many days longer to arrive in the first place than was promised, because apparently Toy Street had no stock. This was not made clear online. When I phoned about the delay I was told stock was expected and the item overnight. However, it was another 3 days before this happened.”

“Toys were perfect and the price was amazing. Only issue is the postcode was cut off on the label and my parcel was stuck on a warehouse conveyor belt for two weeks and arrived after my daughter’s birthday. I will buy from Again though.”

“So far, I've only purchased 1 board game from Toy Street and unfortunately the box of the game had a cut in it. However, I contacted them about the situation and right in the next morning I had an answer and in a couple of emails we agreed to a solution. I previously had a worse situation with another seller, so it felt great to deal with a very responsive team this time. Taking into account how my situation got resolved when things didn't go perfectly which happens from time to time, I'll obviously still consider Toy Street for my future purchases.”

“I Ordered the Newport monopoly game a very much sort after board game and found it hard to find but toy street had it in stock and was delivered in no time at all to my friends house to whom it was for as a leaving present. Would definitely recommend Toy street and will use again in the future :-)”

“I'm sure you did your best. My order was sent 24 June and arriwed Norway the 29 June. I received the packet today, 7 July. Will not reckommend to order from abroad if you live in Norway and want fast delivery.”

“I purchased a train set and was concerned that it had not been dispatched . I called ToyStreet and was told there had been a problem with warehouse stock . As it was a birthday present I was told it would be sent out next day delivery .it arrived within two days of my call and this was much appreciated.i would have given five stars but would have liked to have been told there would be a delay.”

“Very prompt service. The 3 fidget spinners all arrived within days of ordering. However, one of them has come apart, disapppointing for my 10yr old granddaughter. She is not rough with toys.”

“Was so pleased to find this Thor figure however, this wasn’t what I received. They had the wrong photo of the product online. Had to return the product but was quick and easy to do so.”

“Once my purchase was sent it was delivered very quickly, however I had to message several weeks after I had ordered my purchase to get the process of my purchase being sent started. If this is a one off then I would be happy to use toy Street again”
