“Ordered a Brio set and accessories which were significantly cheaper than elsewhere on the Internet. The estimated delivery dates came and went, so I called Toy Street and was told that they were just about to be dispatched. I must admit that I was rather concerned given the rather negative feedback on external review sites (with people saying that they were not receiving the items ordered). However, the day after I phoned, I received dispatch confirmation and tracking details. The items I ordered arrived the next day - they were very well packed. So all in all, I am pleased with the service from Toy Street!”

“I found an amazing deal from Toy Street that was too good to pass up. It arrived on the last day of the estimated delivery window, but my shipment was international - so I think that’s to be expected. I will definitely be shopping at Toy Street again.”

“quick delivery but unfortunately the bag had fallen apart in the post and fox arrived in a Royal Mail plastic bag. Not well packed. Also fox is a pale pink - I was expecting a more neutral colour but maybe my monitor”

“The prices are good and was offered next day delivery,I chose not to use it as standard was free, but when the order confirmation came thru delivery was for almost a month in advance. I didn't realise this and only when checking I discovered that l had not been informed it was out of stock and there was a delay, and it would arrive too late for the birthday intended. It did arrive a couple of weeks later but l felt they should have have made sure l was aware of this on ordering. Otherwise all good - item finally received for a good price - just make sure sometimes customers know they will have a long wait”

“It was lovely experience, I've found what I was looking for, probably for a slightly better price for the item itself compared to other places, but delivery cost evenned it out. One star down for delivering one day later than was stated at the time of ordering. Luckily it wasn't an issue for that specific order. I'd come back I think :) thanks”

“Found a really nice care bear toy on this website that I could not get in Australia! When I got the item it was so cute that I bought more of them as soon as the first package arrived! Always amazing to find other toys that I can't get in Australia especially care bears for my big collection!”
