“Ordered an item on 6/5 and paid for next day delivery. No sign of my purchase. Contacted toy street on 11/5 and was told I shouldn’t have had the option of next day del but my item would be in on 12/5 and posted 12 or 13/5. Chased my item a number of times on 12/13 and despite being told they had it, eventually on 13/5 at 4.45 was told they didn’t have it. Cancelled order and was told I’d get a refund. Haven’t heard anything! Emailed toy street, no response. Stressful waste of time as birthday missed! Hopefully they will respond to this review.”
