“The service was unsatisfactory. I purchased an item online which didn’t deliver on time. I then emailed to chase and it was only then that they informed me that the website showed stock but they didn’t actually have any in stock. They didn’t give any specifics on delivery and had to ask a number of times until I got somewhere. They also didn’t offer any compensation I had to request this a number of times before free delivery was honoured. The item took over 2 weeks to deliver which was a huge inconvenience as it was a maternity gift which was needed for when the baby arrived.”
