“Very cute, the ring is super small and the paint on it came off fast. Otherwise it's good. The stick it plastic and does not extend. But plagg is adorable.”

“Odered twice from Toy Street and received both lots well packaged and top notch condition. First package was delayed due to out of stock item and would have liked a proactive notification rather than me having to chase items and because of this I'm knocking off one star (sorry guys). Once explained all ok and received as expected. Second order arrived very quickly and very happy. Would definitely use these guys again. Have already recommended these guys to fellow puzzlers.”

“Goods are for Christmas so can only comment that the boxes are in good condition and not if they are complete (multiple pieces in all items). Delivery was in the agreed time frame, but had to wait in the best part of the day as Yodel does not give time slot”

“Ordered a lovely backpack for my little girl. Delivery took longer than the 2-5 working days stated on the website but once I emailed this was soon rectified. Good customer service and lovely product. Nice to use a company from my local city.”

“Having purchased the steaming train we found it faulted. It was easy to get in touch and arrange a collection. I sent it back with a pre paid label and shortly after I received a replacement. Great service however I'm surprised I wasn't informed about a replacement being sent out etc. It just went quiet until I received the replacement at my door. Which is why I gave 4 stars for my experience. I highly recommend 🙌🏻”

“Order arrived very quickly! I feel it could have been packaged slightly better - one thin layer of cardboard meant that it was practically disintegrating from rainwater in the short time it took for the driver to bring it from his van to my flat. Luckily the game itself was cellophane wrapped so no damage! Thanks Toy Street!”
